Google Images Quietly Adds Creative

Commons Filter

A couple weeks after Yahoo Images added the creative commons search filter, Google quietly added their own to Google Image Search.

The option is not available in the user interface, but you can set the filter by adding a parameter to the URL. For example:

Google Operating System created a special search box with radio buttons that allows you to search for these types of creative commons filters without adding the parameter to the URL.
